I'm not able to pay their credit card debt

One of the biggest problems that a credit card holder can end up facing if they are not able to pay their credit card debt is having most if not all of their assets seized. What that means is that a credit card company can seize your assets and sell them off in order to repay any outstanding debts that you owe.
